Workspaces

Each community keeps its own configuration.

A workspace binds one Discord server or Twitch channel to its own settings, identities, provider keys, permissions, media, automation, and operating history. One installation can manage several workspaces without merging their state.

Twitch workspace Channel Alpha
  • Bot identity and access
  • Commands and moderation
  • Overlay document and media
PrismBot
Discord workspace Server Beta
  • Roles and feature settings
  • Notifications and schedules
  • Community operations

Additional servers and channels follow the same boundary.

Primary systems

The main operating surfaces.

The product is organized around tools creators use during setup, live operation, and community management.

01

Overlay Studio

Build alert and overlay documents with visual, media, audio, animation, timer, and custom-code layers. Publish them to signed OBS browser sources.

  • Follow, raid, sub, gift, cheer, and Hype Train events
  • Reusable components and importable packages
  • Local preview, unsaved OBS test, and full-path test

02

Live Canvas

A collaborative overlay canvas for images, GIFs, text, and stream graphics. Changes and editor cursors update live inside isolated workspaces.

  • Persistent layouts and uploaded assets
  • Live drag updates and collaborator presence
  • Scoped editor and viewer URLs

03

Twitch live control

Operate chat, requests, moderation, stream metadata, alerts, and Channel Point actions from one workspace-aware control surface.

  • Embedded chat and scoped sender identities
  • Title, category, marker, ad, raid, moderator, and VIP controls
  • EventSub health and live activity tracking

04

Discord operations

Keep server notifications, roles, schedules, commands, moderation, polls, giveaways, and feeds in the same workspace as the related creator setup.

  • Twitch go-live and YouTube upload notifications
  • Reaction roles, custom commands, AutoMod, and guide channels
  • Polls, giveaways, stream schedules, and gaming news

05

Media and audio

Run one moderated request lane across audio and video providers, then route approved output through the browser source used by OBS.

  • Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok requests
  • Sound library, TTS, media approval, and queue controls
  • Deterministic ordering and broadcaster-context restore

06

Self-hosted control

Run the bot and web administration under your own infrastructure. Workspace credentials are encrypted and resolved only when a provider call is made.

  • Own API surface and webhook endpoints
  • No shared SaaS request pool; provider limits still apply
  • Audit history, backup workflow, and global panic control
